Booking & Availability

You can start from the home page hero form, Services page, or by logging into your account.

You can book in three simple ways:

  • Website hero form: On the home page, fill "Request a home healthcare service" with your required service, name and mobile number.
  • Login & book: Create / log in to your account from Login and book directly from the Services or Booking section.
  • Phone / WhatsApp: Call or WhatsApp us if you prefer a human to guide you through the options.

Our team will call you back to confirm timings, pricing and any special instructions.

We currently focus on Gurugram (Gurgaon) — especially Golf Course Extension Road and nearby sectors. For other areas, please share your exact address and requirement.

We will inform you clearly whether the requested service is available at your location.

Response time depends on your location, time of day and type of service.

  • For planned visits, we usually schedule same day or next day.
  • For urgent needs, we try to arrange as early as possible and share realistic arrival times.

The final confirmation is always shared via call / SMS / WhatsApp.

We are building a complete on-demand healthcare platform for your parents and loved ones.

Our platform is designed for multiple services:

  • Currently operational (in select areas): Nurse at Home, Attendant / Caretaker at Home, Elderly Care, Mother & Baby Care, selected physiotherapy and diagnostic packages.
  • Expanding / coming soon: Doctor at Home, full Radiology & Pathology at Home, Ambulances, ICU at Home and extended Online Consultation.

When you book, our team will clearly tell you what is available today and what is in roll-out.

We are building capabilities for ICU at Home setup including monitors, oxygen support and critical care nursing under specialist supervision.

Every ICU case is unique, so we always discuss with your treating doctor and then confirm what is safely possible at home.

Yes. We arrange home sample collection and work with trusted labs. You can also explore health check-up packages on our Services page and home page sections.

Reports are usually shared digitally; in some cases we can help with printed reports.

Pricing & Payments

We believe in transparent, clearly explained pricing before you confirm.

Pricing depends on service type (doctor / nurse / attendant), shift duration (hourly / 12 hours / 24 hours), experience level and your location.

For several services and packages, base prices are visible on the Services page. Final pricing is always confirmed with you before booking.

We typically accept UPI, bank transfer and other digital payment methods. For some visits, cash may also be possible as per policy.

Online bookings and packages are processed via secure payment gateways.

Rescheduling is usually possible if you inform us early enough and staff are available.

Refunds and cancellations follow our detailed Terms & Conditions. Our team will guide you based on the specific situation (emergency, package, long-term care, etc.).

Safety, Quality & Feedback

We aim to combine professional standards with a deeply respectful, devotional attitude towards elders.

We follow a structured onboarding process including document checks, experience verification, references and, where possible, background checks.

Free Meditation, Yoga & "Man Ki Vaani"

Along with medical care, we offer spiritual and emotional support as seva by our Founder and volunteers.

Yes. Guided Meditation & Yoga sessions are lovingly offered as a free service by our Founder, Mr. Chander Shekhar Sibal, for all users.

"Man Ki Vaani" is a short, gentle Krishna Mitra call where someone listens with love and offers emotional support, especially to elders who may feel lonely.

It is not a medical consultation, but a friendly, devotional conversation from the heart.
